Crystal is a recognized leader and subject matter expert in the Medicare and Medicare Advantage space. With nearly two decades of experience in building and leading service and technology solutions that support clients in the healthcare sector, Crystal has developed and implemented programs for some of the largest payers and patient aggregators in the country. Recently, she served as President and General Manager for Convey Health Solutions where she built, led and sold programs to some of the industry’s largest healthcare organizations. Her initial endeavor into the space was as Senior Vice President of New Business Development for Liberty Medical Supply which gained national recognition in the diabetes sector. The company was sold in a two billion dollar transaction to Medco Health. Crystal has a BA in Accounting from Florida State University.
